Please ask your bank to  add your users name and a day time phone number on your  checks or auto payment Before your banking services mails      your payment to us as to help us apply your payment to your service account.

Their is a $30.00 fee for bad , returned or cancelled Checks, Credit Card or Debit Card . All Payment's are Final and non refundable.  A $2.00 Service fee may apply in parts of the U.S and out side the U.S when using AMEX, debit or credit cards on line.

NOTE; A $10.00 RECONNECT FEE MAY APPLY FOR SERVICE'S THAT  HAVE BEEN INTERRUPTED MORE THAN ONCE.
